One of the many attractions in manila are the 4 national museums. These are the National Museum of Fine Arts, National Museum of Anthropology, National Museum of Natural History and the National Planetarium. All housing the Philippines’ greatest treasures; both natural and man-made, but one museum is nothing like other.

Located in Agrifina Circle in Rizal Park, the National Museum of Natural History boasts an exceptional architecture and the country’s majestic natural sciences. From exhibiting the skeleton of the world’s largest crocodile in captivity, Lolong to getting up close with scaled statue of a Whale Shark and other marine mammals and to visiting recreations of beaches and mini-mangrove forests, the museum holds tons of scientific discoveries and knowledge that will sure excite all kids and adults alike!

Surprisingly, despite all the treasures the museum holds, the entrance fee is free! All adults, children, students, foreigners and filipinos can go for free. Just keep in mind that food and drinks are not allowed inside; this is to maintain cleanliness at all costs. The best time to visit would be mornings on weekends, since the museum can be really crowded as noon starts to set. Moreover, the museum can assure you to learn new knowledge and enjoyment because everything in there is worth your time.
