Enchanted Kingdom, often simply called EK, stands as the Philippines’ first and only world-class theme park in 2012. Located in San Lorenzo South, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, it has become a flagship destination for families, school groups, thrill-seekers, and tourists from across Luzon. The park embodies a vision brought to life by founders Mario and Cynthia Mamon, who in the early 1990s sought to create an authentic theme park experience for Filipinos, drawing inspiration from international amusement parks. Officially incorporated in 1992, the park broke ground in August 1994 and opened to the public on October 19, 1995, blending themed environments, storytelling, and rides designed with global expertise.
