Avilon Zoo boasts a variety of species, ranging from exotic mammals and vibrant birds to reptiles and amphibians. Its thoughtfully designed enclosures mimic natural habitats, ensuring that the animals live in environments that are as close to their native homes as possible. Highlights include the majestic Bengal tigers, playful primates, and colorful parrots, each providing a unique glimpse into their world.

Avilon Zoo is deeply committed to conservation efforts, demonstrating significant achievements in breeding animals in captivity. Notably, the zoo has achieved a milestone by successfully breeding the Varanus olivaceus, commonly known as Gray’s monitor lizard, with documented hatchling offspring for the first time. Over half of the animals in their care are endemic to the Philippines, reflecting their dedication to preserving the country’s native wildlife. The zoo actively participates in breeding programs for endangered species and works to raise awareness about wildlife preservation through educational programs and guided tours.
